Ruler function

To be able to estimate the needed length for lines, I would like to be able to use some sort of "ruler" functionality in the app.

The ruler itself should work as follows:

  • Similar to creating new routes, the ruler's measuring points should be freely placeable on the map.
  • The total distance to each measuring point should be visible at each indivual measuring point
  • The markers should be draggable
