An additional option was added to the wizard to conveniently select your product type (RT4/RT7).

Maplibre is now available as an alternative map rendering engine.

OSM was added as an additonal option for non-satellite imagery. In addition to that MapBox / ESRI World Imagery was added as an additional source of satellite imagery.

An additional option was added to the wizard to conveniently select your engine type (lownoise / brushless). This affects the default vtail settings. You can of course also set / reset this option in the corresponding settings page. This setting is optional

Added an option to select the screenbrightness from the app (instead of using the system menu). In addition to that they can also directly control the brightness by press/hold the corresponding button on the aio-controller.

All RT7 Boats are now shipped with theft protection enabled by default. Due to this change a registration / activation is now required before first use.

Added an option to display the position of the AIO-Controller on the map. This position marker can be enabled / disabled via the corresponding fab button. The default is enabled.

Added a check to automatically enable your echosounder when it isn't already turned on during the connection process.

Added various kind of warning messages in case liquid / moisture is detected.

Added an option to select a user defined home point. The home point will be stored presistently on the boat and will be displayed on the map accordingy. This homepoint can be used for classic navigation (drive to). Or be selected as a fallback option in case your boat looses signal. The homepoint can be saved by longpressing the corresponding button on the AIO-Controller.

Added an option to hide / show the drivepad.
RT7 also supports an auto option to hide the touchpad automatically when the tablet unit is removed / plugged.

Added more options to configure your echosounder transducer. You can now adjust parameters like gain & contrast on your own to individually fit all your needs. Or you can decide to just let the settings on auto, which tries to automatically use the optimal settings.

Added a full-backup option to completly export / import all your autopilot app related data. This comes in handy when you loose your tablet / transfer your data to a new device.

Community Sharing - Import

We added an option to easily share Routes, Points, Saved depth maps, Screenshots, Mappings with your friends. All you need is the emal adress from your friends carplounge account!
